Nara Paz Design Internationale
is the design house co-owned by designer Nara Lucia Paz-Gain (Nara Paz) and her husband Dennis Terrance Gain (Dennis Gain) for the design and manufacture of high-quality high-value women’s clothing under the brand-name Nara Paz.
Nara Paz Design Internationale is a wholly owned operating unit of VisionFirst Corporation, a family owned company that also specializes in consulting for startups, turnarounds and international business development.
The businesses and companies that VisionFirst has helped start and grow over the past several years include: Smartsims International, Spacetec IMC Corporation, 3D Open Motion LLC, Miacomet, Inc., VisionFirst Design & Consultoria Ltda., VisionFirst Asia-Pacific Ltd and Denheath Corporation.
Smartsims International, also family owned, is an online educational software company with worldwide business and Offices in Auckland, New Zealand and Boston, USA. Spacetec IMC Corporation was a company that Dennis started in 1991 and grew to international prominence taking it public on the NASDAQ New York Stock Exchange in 1995. Logitech SA, a world leading electronics device manufacturer, subsequently acquired it in 2002.
The business of Nara Paz Design Internationale is first-and-foremost reliant on the standout fashion design skills and capabilities of Nara Paz who is fast becoming known for her distinctively different yet artistically appealing exquisite high-end women’s clothing designs.
The clothing designs are signature tailored ready-to-wear and ultra-refined couture gowns and eveningwear where each piece reflects an inherent attention to detail and an absolute commitment to quality of finish.
Fabrics are mostly sourced from Italy, France or Asia (for sequin fabrics and trims) and production is either in-house or through third-party partners with proven track-records mostly in New York but also in Asia for a few items that require detailed hand finishing. Those manufacturers used in New York also make for well-known labels such as Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, Céline and Zack Posen. Those used overseas manufacture for Saks, Neiman Marcus, Lord & Taylor, John Galliano, Giorgio Armani, Dolce Gabbana and Versace to name a few.
The Sales and Marketing activities of Nara Paz Design Internationale is divided into two areas of focus:
- Custom-fit, custom-made personal serv ices for private clients through our Nara Paz For the Real You ATELIER/Studio; and
- Retail distribution through Selected High-End Women’s Boutiques in fashion-conscious locations nationally and internationally.
